On the occasion of the 5th training camp for the volunteer psychologists of theCivil Protection, it was proposed the workshop “Psychological interventions insearch and rescue operations”, managed by experts in support to the aid networks.The aim was to integrate, for the first time, the topic of psychologicalsupport to relatives and search and rescue personnel with that of missing persons'families. This experience allowed to develop some reflections aboutemergency psychologists' training and the intervention models for the disseminationof good practices and the sharing of know-hows with other emergencyprofessionals.
