Abstract:

Colombia is moving towards openness, internationalization and globalization of its economy. To do so, organizations need to modernize equipment, expand markets, streamline processes, strengthened economically and improve the performance levels of their workers. From here arises for de Management the urgent need to create competitive conditions in the labor market to ensure the adequacy of people at some specific responsibilities, supported by standardized criteria to speak the same administrative language anywhere in the world. At present, professional and working conditions of the employee generally add to the expression of the whole person, someone who knows his craft, how to implement it, and who knows that as a person is able to establish good relations with their counterparts, who owns human qualities that enrich their entire namely, its make and its know-how. Then, we are talking about a set of competencies. Through them, through the action of efficient organizational psychologist, the actions of the person acquire a meaning and an appreciation for the organization, and they are valued and privileged depending on the results required in different contexts.
