An Implementation and Comparative Analysis of PID Controller and their Auto tuning method Considering uncertainty for the Robust Control of Concentration in CSTRKeywords: PID Control , Auto Tuner , Chemical Concentration , CSTR , Uncertainty rejection Abstract: All the industrial process applications require solutions of a specific chemical strength of the chemicals or fluids considered for analysis. Such specific concentrations are achieved by mixing a full strength solution with water in the desired proportions. In this paper the control of concentration of one chemical with the help of other has been analyzed. This paper features the auto tuning technique of PID controller and is adopted for more reliable and robust control action considering uncertainty in the form of disturbance and load. In this paper, the comparison of the conventional PID and auto tuning is clarified.
