Abstract:

One of the difficulties for organizational development of cooperatives is the same behavior associated. Values of solidarity have to assume that every person possesses the same level of entrepreneurship and develop the cooperative attitudes similar to the other partners, however, the entrepreneurial intent is a personal attitude and intersubject variability presents.This paper explores the relationship between individual factors (personality) and organizational characteristics desirable and cooperative values. We applied a psychometric test of personality (BFQ, which measures Energia, Teson, Agreeableness, Openness mental, Emotional Stability) to 71 people not associated (NA), people associated (PA) and associate directors (AD) between 20 and 43 years old. ANOVA was performed in SPSS v. 14. Differences in scores on the Agreeableness dimension (p = ,009), energy (p = ,068) and open-mindedness (p = ,080) between AD and NA, but no significant differences in scores of friendliness between NA and PA, as there is no different in open-mindedness between PA and AD. According to the theories of personality, such factors and their sub-dimensions, could promote cooperative values and organizational development.
