Agribusiness, undoubtedly, has an important position on economy, and needs flexible professionals, with capacity to work with the most diversified activities involved in production′s process, with the purpose to develop themselves as much as possible. The interest of this article is to link production engineering, its various competencies and skills with the agribusiness,sector that is answerable for a great part of brazilian PIB, with the aim of prove that the association between both brings improvement to companies, professionals and to the country.
