Note su un pilastrino medievale della Trexenta (Provincia di Cagliari)Keywords: Trexenta , Sculptured , Middle age , Inscription churches Abstract: During the researches to complete the graduation thesis, some sculptural sandstone elements have been found. At the beginning, they have been compared to the “pietrefitte”, some sculptured studied in 1989 by S. Casartelli Novelli. One of them is actually walled in a private house of Gesico, a little village in the provinces of Cagliari. This monolith is decorated with a big triple corolla rosette, below whom there is a capitol letters inscription in Latin. The researches about shapes and style permitted to make the hypothesis that the stone-carving was a pillar, maybe included in a religious building. The inscription had been dated, for the analysis of the letters, to the XIII century, as the decorations of the pillar.
