Cet article est une synthèse du travail fait en commun entre la Division Informatique et Mathématiques Appliquées DIMAet la division Cinétique et Catalyse de l'Institut Fran ais du Pétrole. On y expose une nouvelle approche mathématique pour la validation d'un formalisme cinétique : la déshydrocyclisation du n-heptane. This article is an overview of the work carried out together by the DIMAand the Cinétique et Catalysedivision of the Institut Fran ais du Pétrole. It is a new mathematical approach to validate a kinetic formalization : the n-heptane dehydrocyclization.
