Authentication System Securing Index of Image using SVD and ECC 1

This paper presents a new approach to securing informationstored in a database. It has three components including: anoperation for indexing images using Singular ValueDecomposition (SVD), which will constitute the reference images,asymmetric encryption operation using Elliptic CurveCryptosystem (ECC), aiming to make confidential these referenceimages stored and a technique for comparing these images to aquery image using the Euclidian Distance.
