Abstract:

This research has as an object of study the Corporate Identity of CONATEL in an external customer of interest: the Maracaibo businessmen. The study has been supported by the theoretical postulates about Corporate Identity and Image by Joan Costa, Scheinsohn, Van Riel and Villafa e, among others. Likewise, the methodology of documentary and on line review, and semi-structured interviews to key informants was used. The results from this work reveal that an adequate management of Corporate Identity generates a solid and positive Corporative Image in the internal and external public.
