Costa Rican cooperatives have been part of animportant national tradition thanks to their economicperformance that have helped improvethe living conditions of people who enjoy their benefitsand of those working for those institutions.The adjustment of the strategies followed by theseenterprises to the practices implemented in termsof human resources is determined. Both humanresources as well as economic variable are incorporatedin order to measure their impact on theeconomic performance of these enterprises.
