LA COMUNICACIóN COMO HERRAMIENTA DE GESTIóN ORGANIZACIONAL

The theories of communication and information and organizational development, they consider to the communication like tool fundamental to obtain that the relations in the organizations are successful. Thanks to these theories arise the present I articulate, after an investigation of field made to the active administrative personnel of the different Faculties and Dependencies from the University of Zulia, which between its objectives was to analyze the communicational management advanced by the High University Management.
