Este artículo realiza un inventario de las leyes creadas durante el siglo XIX sobre la familia y el matrimonio. Ense a que la intensa actividad legislativa estaba orientada a crear las bases del ideal burgués de familia, sin que intentara alterar los patrones patriarcales que la regían. This article makes an inventory of the laws created during the XIX century that were related to the family and the marriage. It explains how the intense legislative activity was focused at creating the bases of the ideal bourgeois family, without trying to alter the goveming patriarchal pattems.
