Action Learning: A Positive Predictor of Motivation and Commitment for Bankers in PakistanAbstract: Action learning has been gaining increasing respect from the human resource researchers as a recognized field of scholarly study and is widely used by the organizations to develop practical management skills of employees in order to cope with future organizational problems effectively. The current research study aims to find out the role of action learning in predicting motivation and commitment for banking personnel. A questionnaire survey was conducted in banking sector of Pakistan. Data were collected from 285 subjects and then analyzed using the SPSS 16 and Microsoft Excel. A significant positive association of action learning was found out with employee motivation and commitment. Limitations of the study and implications for future research are also discussed.
