An ethical climate constituted on fair foundations and lead by executives upholding ethical standards in the first instance tend to be more achieved when compared to other firms, since fair organizational internal environment motivates employees by satisfying their necessities, enhancing the organizational performance initially, then to bringing about industry and country wide developments.
