La globalisation représente pour les entreprises un cadre particulièrement propice à la circulation de leurs marchandises et à l'expansion de leurs marchés. Au Brésil, l'installation récente d'une filiale des Laboratoires fran ais Boiron ébranle le champ local de l'homéopathie. A partir d'éléments de terrain recueillis à S o Paulo, l'article se propose d'examiner les réactions, stratégies et changements suscités par cette implantation dans le champ de l'homéopathie brésilienne mais aussi au-delà. Il se penche également sur les adaptations auxquelles cette industrie pharmaceutique, porteuse d'une certaine conception de l'homéopathie et du médicament homéopathique, se voit localement contrainte pour distribuer ses produits. For firms, globalization represents a propitious framework for the circulation of merchandise and market expansion. In Brazil, the recent establishment of a subsidiary of the French laboratory Boiron has shaken the local field of homeopathy. Based on ethnographic fieldwork in S o Paulo, this article particularly examines the reactions, strategies and changes caused by this implantation in Brazilian homeopathy and beyond. The study also looks into the way this pharmaceutical industry - which bears a certain conception of homeopathy and of homeopathic drugs - has had to adapt in order to distribute its products locally.
