PREMISES OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION

The paper deals with the concept of quality, in general and the manner in which it is perceived in education. For the educational process, quality is not produced exclusively by school, as a provider of educational services, but by the beneficiaries and the purchasers of education.
