Efficacious Teaching –learning Methodology for Teaching English- A special focus on Vocabulary

The present research paper is aresult of applying various sophisticated methods for efficacious teaching methods for the students of recent global scenario where the employees are expected with high proficiency at communication skills in which English plays a pivotal role. Specifically this paper aims at vocabulary development which is the heart of any language and in which most of the non native speakers of English are highly lagging behind. All these methods have been experimented on Engineering, M.B.A. as well as M.C.A. students of KL University, Pace Institute of Technology and Sciences as a part of Placement Training Programmes and produced fruitful results.
