A STUDY TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF VIDEO TEACHING PROGRAMME ON PHYSICAL CARE OF NEWBORN AMONG PRIMIGRAVIDA MOTHERS ADMITTED IN URBAN HEALTH MATERNITY CENTRES, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU

To achieve Millennium Development Goals, it is expected to reduce the Neonatal mortality by two third of the present rate. Every newborn requires basic care which has to be provided by the mother at home it includes warmth, feeding, basic hygiene and identification of danger signs, and seeking help from health personnel whenever required.
