СOMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CHECKERBOARD METHOD AND METHOD “TIME-BACTERICIDAL EFFECT” IN THE EVALUATION OF ANTIMICROBIAL ACTION OF A COMBINATION OF ANTIBIOTICS AGAINST POLYANTIBIOTIC-RESISTANT STRAINS OF P. AERUGINOSA

The result of experimental study by of method “time-bactericidal effect” was shown the high effectiveness of the combinations of cefepime and ciprofloxacin, as well as cefepime and amikacin against 9 polyantibiotic-resistant strains of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, wich was obtained in surgery hospitals in Kharkiv in 2008-2010 years.
