In the present case, we report the unique musculoaponeurotic attachment between the caudal ends of two anterior bellies of digastric muscle over the midline. The present case is unique in its presentation since it does not show any attachment to the hyoid bone or mylohyoid muscle. This variation plays an important role in the surgeries, imaging of the submental and submandibular regions.
