Problemas actuales de la selección de MandosAbstract: The manager′s selection, less scatterred than the selection of workers, presents more difficult problems to solve, and generates lmportant inves tigations. It is advisable to devise techniques that at the same time escape the criticms against classic psychometries and againts clinical psychology. The present orientatíon is towards the use of questionnaires of specific interests in the "managers" job, and towards the practice of the group dynamics techniques, to promote a lasting reciprocal choice between the candidate and his new working group.
