O mal-estar na docência em tempos líquidos de modernidadeAbstract: Taking as its point of departure the assertion that the teaching action has not been immune to the discomfort we have experienced nowadays, this article aligns to the understanding that the conditions of the discomfort at teaching should be problematized in affirming that it is possible to the teacher to deal with this phenomenon when he/she is aware of his/her responsibility in the process of self-subjection, and developing him/herself into terms of self-image and self-esteem which enables to the teachers' better movement, renewing and enhancing his/her commitment of taking care of him/herself in a distinct perspective.
