La Definición de Terapia Conductual

Eysenck′s definition of behavior therapy as "the attempt to alter human behavior and emotion in a beneficial manner according to the laws of modern learning theory" is criticized and an alternative definition which stresses the application of the experimental method to the study of the individual patient is offered. It is argued that this definition more adequately represents those features of behavior therapy which clearly distinguish it from other therapies which may also make use of learning theory.
