Testing and optimization of methods for extraction and mineralisation in determination of cocaine in hair by EUV-VIS and fast test

The present work takes the employment of methods as an aim of pretreatment: digestion and extraction to liberate cocaine or his metabolitos in samples of consumers' hair in treatment of rehabilitation of the Foundation Jose Félix Ribas-Mérida, and to determine his concentration, by means of Spectrophotometer technique of Ultraviolet - Visible Absorption (EUV-VIS) and rapid test, simulating in the latter the counterfoil of urine. The extracts and digestados obtained they were clean and crystalline. The type of study is exploratory of contrast, with previous experimental design. The obtained results show values between 10.5 and 66,2 ppm expressed in mgg-1. After simulating the counterfoil of urine with the extracts and digestados obtained I test with the rapid test of different business firms, which base on a test of immunoassay with reaction antigen - antibody, positive results being obtained for the analito of interest. The hypothesis could verify that EUV-VIS technique is applicable for the determination of cocaine in hair after realizing the treatment adapted to the same one, independently of the narrow limit of detection of these equipments. The brought values were exact and precise, corroborated with standard addiction and certified bosses Merck-Germany. Of equal form it is possible to simulate with the extracts and digestados obtained the counterfoil of urine and power " to be deceptive - to deceive " the rapid test. Turning out to be both procedures of low cost and easy application in laboratories of Toxicology of low infrastructure.
