The Butterfly Effect on the Agricultural Bank System at the Grass-Roots Level

The competition power of the Agricultural Bank of China has beendropping down for several years. The reason is that banks at the grass-rootslevel don’t think much of managing the subtle links. Finally eight pieces of adviceare brought forward as the measures against the eight butterfly effects.
