This article aims to identify the social, economic and culture development of the City College Palho a causes in the city. To support the theme was held to review the literature based on classical and contemporary authors contemplating the theme university administration. Documentary research was developed based on internal documents of the FMP. We used the method of literature research, exploratory and descriptive and qualitative analysis. It was concluded that the impact of social, economic and culture development of City College of Palho a is notorious, and vocation based on the characteristics of the institution that acts directly on community projects with extension, and a model of entrepreneurial management with a focus on meeting the needs of the municipality, develops its projects in undergraduate and graduate focusing on the development site.
