Combina o de um Método Multicritério de Auxílio à Decis o Subjetivo e Outro Objetivo e Aplica o desse Modelo Híbrido na Sele o de um Imóvel

In this work it was developed a hybrid multicriteria method to help the decision maker, which was lately applied to a decision problem associated to the purchase of an apartment. This work goes from concepts related to the Theory of knowledge and fundamentals related to decision processes with a multicriteria approach to the choice of the methods that will be integrated. The hybrid method developed integrates the MACBETH method- which allows that weight intervals to the criteria used in the decision be established- with the Entropy method. The Entropy method was used in the creation of this hybrid method to help to determine, within the MACBETH intervals, the value of each weight. To do that it was built an algorithm and an excel sheet that executes this algorithm. The hybrid method was applied in a case study. It is also discussed the particular aspects related to the choice of an apartment. The result of the application of this method was compared with the result obtained using other methods.
