El sistema jurídico en la Comunidad Andina de Naciones

This paper shows the evolution of the Andean Community of Nations, explaining every step, surpassing politicals, socials and economical problems till to get an legal integration of communitarian nature, situation that the Mercosur didn′t get, for this reason it is possible to say that exists an Andean Communitarian Law, allowing a legal system in the Andean block with a communitarian court possessing legal force in the five countries members.
