Globalización y Posmodernidad

The contradictions generates by the development of Capitalism during the last years face us a panorama that offers a mixture of challenges and opportunities. By a side the present process of Globalization has obtained in all the planet the interconnection of the productive system, and therefore independence between the different places has taken step to an increasing interdependence; on the other hand the Posmodernity preaches the necessity and the beauty of a fragmented world where it reigns the individuality, the difference and the indifference. The concept of Geographic Space developed by Anglo-Saxon Geography is like an important tool to understand the confused reality that at the moment surrounds to us.
