TiN/TiC bilayers were deposited using Plasma Assisted Physical Vapor Deposition technique PAPVD)-Pulsed Arc, varying the substrate temperature ina range of 100-120?C, with intervals of 5?C. Coatings were analyzed through XPS and XRD.
