The Influence Of Potassium Humate On Pleurotus Florida

In the present study, the influence of potassium humate on growth rate and nutritional value of Pleurotus florida was discussed. Pleurotus florida was grown with different concentration of potassium humate i.e. 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%. After incubation Pleurotus florida at respective treatment is evaluated for total biomass, protein, fiber,ash and moisture contents. They were found to be increased in all the treated groups than the untreated control. The maximum biomass and all the nutrient contents were recorded in 60% concentration of potassium humate than untreated control.
