ADDITIVE EFFECTS ON THE EXPLOSIVITY PARAMETERS OF GASEOUS MIXTURES

The effect of additives on the explosivity parameters for ignition and propagation of gaseousdeflagrations are reported and discussed. Being independent on a specific model of thecombustion process, these parameters are very useful for a quick selection of the most adequateadditive necessary to ensure safe operating conditions.
