Values of T-lymphocytes in patients with kidney transplantation according to the presence of HCV

-lymphocyte is a cell with a complex functional activity, involved in the development of humoral effectors (limfokine) and in the building of the immune response "cell mediated". Our study aims to investigate a potential immunological mechanism after kidney transplantation; a mechanism immunoregulated by CD4 and CD8. After our study we found that hepatitis C is a risk factor for kidney transplantation, CD3 and CD4 values have significant increase up to 40 times higher compared with the uninfected patients, CD8 average increase is only three, four times higher compared to normal values
