Histopatological aspects in hepatic cirrhosisAbstract: The paper analyzes the macroscopic and the microscopic modifications of the liver, on a batch of dead patients,suffering from hepatic cirrhosis,all from the Districtual Hospital of Botosani, between February-June 2006. Hepatic cirrhosis is histologically characterized by an association with fibrose, regeneration nodules and hepatocytary necroses, therefore, alteration of the hepatic and vascularization architecture. The microscopic examination also revealed an interlobular and intralobular conjunctive tissue hyperplasia, which separates the parenchyma in microscopic ′′islands′′.
