Phylogenetic relationships of Carassius gibelio Bloch., 1782 as inferred from mitochondrial DNA variation

The analysis of control region (D-loop) and nucleotide sequence variation of the cytochrome b (Cyt b) gene were used to study the mtDNA divergence for Carassius gibelio Bloch., 1782 individuals, and to examine the phylogenetic relationships within studied populations.
