Abstract:

A new management style is being generated by the huge financial crisis that the globalized world is suffering as well as the new entrepreneur leaders with the new organizational models leading the productive, economic, financial, political, cultural and social spheres. This new managerial style is severely affecting the individual identity of the worker/employee. The proposal is to analyse the new organizational and psycho-social structure which is growing in the new global entrepreneurship. The power of individual/ collective transformation is so subtle, so unperceivable, so diffuse and invisible as present and active in any labour relationship. No organization is free from this phenomenon. On the contrary most are suffering it in just in the organization core. This is the reason why a reflection on the new power and leadership models for individual and collective manipulation within the organizations is so convenient.
