Los efectos de la gobernabilidad sobre la distribución del ingreso

This document seeks to show the existing relation between the distribution of the revenue measured across Gini’s coefficient and the indicators of governance proposed by the World Bank to measure a “Good Government”. A bibliographical review is made to identify and to define the relevant variables, then there proceed to realize a model of linear multiple regression with information of the year 2008 of 133 countries. The obtained results demonstrate that variable of governance and the index of economic freedom they affect of different form Gini’s coefficient, doing that alone the presence of a “Constitutional state” helps to improve the distribution of the revenue in the analyzed countries. On the other hand, there is verified that a major economic freedom stretches to accentuate Inequality distributive in the society.
