MOVING FROM A PARADIGM OF VIOLENCE TO THE PARADIGM OF EDUCATION FOR PEACE

In this work we’ll show the national context and the local violence created by the war against the drug trafficking, well as the models of public security applied in Palermo, Italy and Medellin, Colombia; context that in their moment have all the characteristics of violence as Mexico used to have, but at the time that those cities use these models, both of theme changed radically.
