SOBRE LAS LEYES Y SU DIMENSIóN éTICA ON THE LAWS AND THEIR ETHICAL DIMENSION

El presente documento es producto de un ejercicio de reflexión realizado sobre el tema de la dimensión ética de las leyes y tiene como principal objetivo relacionar cómo las normas o leyes son valores orientados hacia la grandeza del hombre como persona, como inteligencia sentiente y a la sana relación entre los seres humanos y su entorno. Referirse a la dimensión ética de las leyes no es otra cosa que indicar la capacidad o contenido moral que encierran y el ámbito o extensión que cubren. La reflexión aquí delineada hace referencia a la palabra ética como la antología del orden jurídico y la garantía de su permanencia dentro de la radical pureza de todos los valores, porque si una estructura jurídica carece de dimensión ética entonces no cumple con su valor primordial, léase, justicia. Así, se concluye de forma principal que las normas jurídicas y morales para preservar su función primordial deben estructurarse mediante el uso de la herramienta que representa la ética.
