Research of the accuracy of mating of the block-cylinder sleeve and mirror of the cylinder-piston in the dependence on errors in assembling of the marine high-speed diesels

The results of research of the accuracy of assembling of mating the block-cylinder sleeve and mirror of the cylinder-piston in the dependence on errors in the assembling are given. The dependences, quantitatively evaluating changes in the geometric parameters of the accuracy of the components and mating taking into account the operating temperatures of diesel and forces, which act on the crank gear are received.
