Use of schemes of evaluation and optimization of tribological processes of marine diesel piston group

The processes of defining and optimizing the friction conditions in small marine diesel engines are described. The schemes of tribological analysis revealed the most vulnerable trimming of the diesel parts in the view of the tribological actions, i.e. cylinder-piston group. One of the techniques of the optimization of friction processes is to introduce an additive with magnetically operated load-carrying additives on micellar basis, in which the micelle nuclei are characterized by their nanosizes, into the lubricant.
