The elimination of Latvian khutors in Bashkiria in the Soviet era: the reasons, conditions and consequences

This article focuses on the eradication of Latvian khutors in Bashkiria as a result of the state plan for total collectivization. The author arrives at a conclusion that it resulted in the elimination of conditions for ethnicity development.
