Simulation of joint road and water transport work (by the example of Astrakhan port node)

The methods of simulation of transport systems for the identification of key indicators to ensure the quality of cargo traffic are considered. The pro-posed mathematical model allows getting different transportation processes real-ized. Their analysis at the exit of the program makes it possible to determine the simulated system rates. Full-scale tests have confirmed the adequacy of the model. Further research will enhance the object database, specify the parameters and develop a system for management system of freight transport processes.
