About the existence of common similarity law for laminar and turbulent types of flow (subject for discussion)Keywords: similar solutions , power scales , laminar and turbulent modes of flow. Abstract: Some approaches to receive similar solutions for both laminar and turbu-lent modes of flow are considered in the paper. The first one is offered to be real-ized by scaling of all Navier – Stokes equation parameters by power functions of characteristic related quantities. Average velocity values are taken for the case of turbulent flow mode, and the viscosity coefficient includes both a molecular component and a turbulent component. The second approach suggests to allow initial existence of power functions in stresses expressions, scaling of parameters to get by means of power dependences.
