The organization of innovative educational process in Scientific educational centre of Astrakhan State Technical University Power saving range

The decree of the President of the Russian Federation, D. Medvedev N 899 from July 7th 2011 confirms "Priority directions of development of science, technologies and technics in the Russian Federation" and "The list of critical technologies of the Russian Federation". Realization of a priority direction 8 "Power efficiency, power saving, nuclear power" and critical technologies 26 "Technologies of creation of power saving systems of transportation, distribution and energy use" is carried out on the main departments of the Institute of sea technologies of power and transport in ASTU. This is substantially due to the formation of the innovative scientific and educational center "Power saving range" at the department "Electrical equipment and ship automatics" together with Joint-Stock Company participation "Schneider Electric" and its centre of the competence. The block diagram of "Power saving range" is given, the principles of its work are described. The block diagram of innovative educational process which is realized by means of the given range is also presented.
