Sufficient conditions of a correctness of statement of regional tasks for one class of the evolutionary equations

In this work regional tasks for one class of the equations arising in the theory of distribution of light in the turbulent environment are studied. In work sufficient conditions are indicated to coefficients at which the objective without initial data for the nonclassical equations is correct in S. L. Sobolev's spaces.
