Structure of the data model in automated systems for hull condition assessment

The structure of the data model about the ship hull is considered in the unified format HCM (HCM-model), which is formed on the basis of XML-technologies. The HCM-model is supposed to be used in the automated system for hull technical condition assessment "SYSCHECK_CAS". The application of such an automated system will significantly speed up the process of hull technical condition assessment, to reduce its complexity, and ultimately the cost of this type of work. The HCM-model in the long term will enable to perform hull technical condition assessment, basing on the Risk Based Inspection (RBI).
