Designing of fuzzy classifier based on fuzzy system Sugeno for definition of the fire rank on the territory of seaport

The features of design and development of the intellectual system intended for support of decision-making by the head of fire extinguishing are considered. The system is intended for definition of the rank of fire on the seaport territory. The approach for definition of the rank is based on the fuzzy classifier. The fuzzy classifier is implemented in the fuzzy inference system Takagi – Sugeno – Kang. Fuzzy classifier implements the selection of input parameters using the method of expert assessment. The problem of forming a set of fuzzy rules of the system is solved. Membership functions are constructed using the method of expert classification. The ability of the system to optimization is examined. The possibility of data base replenishment by the user in the course of the work is realized. The results of classification of fire ranks before and after its optimization are compared.
