Estimation method of technical state of propeller shaftsKeywords: propeller shaft (shafting) , elastic waves , mechanical strain. Abstract: Reasons of destroying of propeller shafts of river vessels are investigated in the paper. The results of the research are given. A possibility to use elastic waves for technical state estimation of propeller shafts is shown.
