Neck cystic lymphangioma in an adult

Lymphangiomas or cystic hygromas are benign and infrequent in childhood with exceptional occurrence in adulthood. Preferentially located at cervicofacial. They are classified as vascular tumors arising in the lymphatic system. The treatment of choice is surgery or sclerotherapy.We report the case of a cervical lymphangioma in adults who received surgical treatment in our department.
